If you are unsatisfied with your chime, you may return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please package it properly, ship with tracking information and include your order number. If you don't have your order number, your name and city/state will most likely be enough to identify the order. If you need assistance with any of this, please Contact Us.
Once we receive your return from the shipper, you should receive your return within 6 to 12 days (1 to 2 business days for us to process the refund plus 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund).
